Hi, I'm Neil. I am an ex-lawyer, startup founder and all round compliance and risk management enthusiast. I set up GLF Strategic Compliance to help small and medium sized businesses leverage risk management, compliance framework, and contract management services at a fraction of the typical cost and with more of a personal touch.

I love working with businesses to understand pain points, get to the root of issues, and generally enhance their internal professional services. By learning about your people and your business, I build, develop and implement tailored compliance and risk management programs and frameworks aligned to your strategic vision and corporate culture.

Whether it involves delving into regulatory intricacies, distilling complex information to facilitate executive decision-making, delivering key insights to board members, or collaborating with operational teams to strategize and implement plans.

Having amassed extensive experience in legal, compliance, , AI and risk management roles for businesses and not-for-profits across the UK, Europe, and North America, I bring a unique perspective to building and enhancing corporate compliance and risk functions. From my tenure as an associate at a prestigious London law firm, to leading privacy and risk functions for tech entertainment and insurance companies and not-for-profits in the US and Canada, or sitting on various boards of directors for charitable organisations, I have identified a common theme: while businesses almost always grasp the big issues, their challenge lies in effectively articulating, prioritising, and documenting these issues to make well-informed decisions resulting in an actionable plan to address.
